Western Red Cedar Cellar with climate control. Starting with a newly excavated room that was wrapped with a vapor sheet to prevent any moisture transition through the walls. The room was then insulated with XPS hardboard to create an insulated and stable temperature cellar environment. The cellar room was then finished Western Red Cedar timber wall wine racking and a wine tasting table. The wine cellar conditioning system maintains the optimum cellar temperature and humidity.
