Western Red Cedar Cellar with climate control. Starting with a rough brick room that was wrapped with a vapor sheet to prevent any moisture transition through the walls. The room was then insulated with XPS hardboard to create an insulated and stable temperature cellar environment. The cellar storage room was then finished Western Red Cedar timber wall wine racking and a wine tasting bench. The wine cellar conditioning system maintains the optimum cellar temperature and humidity.
